Off-Ice Conditioning
Goalies will work on specific drills to increase their strength, agility, reflexes, balance, foot-work, endurance along with exercises to improve their hand-eye coordination and anticipation.  As a bonus we have added plyometrics and other exercises to increase speed and power.

Videos and Video Analysis
Students will view videos on all aspects of the game; highlighting the goalies responsibilities, and analyzing the different goaltending styles.  The goalies will also be video taped on the ice and their performance will be analyzed with their instructor in a classroom situation.

Mental & Visual Training
Training the goaltenders mind is a major part of their mental preparation.  They are prepared to handle anxiety, pressure, distractions, pre-game rituals, visualization techniques and performance imagery.

Performance Evaluation/Reports Cards

A report card will be given to each student at the end of the week with a complete breakdown of strengths and weaknesses as a guideline for future use.
